Grandia + Grandia II HD Remaster è stato ufficialmente rinominato Grandia HD Collection ed è stato confermato da GungHo Online Entertainment come uno dei giochi che porterà all’E3 2019 di Los Angeles.
In aggiunta Grandia HD Remaster sarà disponibile su PC in contemporanea con il suo lancio su Nintendo Switch mentre Grandia II Anniversary Edition ora prende il nome di Grandia II HD Remaster.
