John Smedley, presidente di Sony Online Entertainment, ha annunciato tramite Reddit che EverQuest Next arriverà anche su PlayStation 4. Questo annuncio è stato fatto tramite l’iniziativa “Ask me Anything” dedicata a tutti i fan Sony.
Alla domanda precisa di un utente, che chiedeva se fosse possibile l’approdo del MMORPG sulla console Sony, Smedley ha risposto:
“Sì! Porteremo sicuramente EQN su PlayStation 4!”
Attualmente non si conosce il periodo in cui EverQuest Next approderà su PlayStation 4.
